Set in 1990s Paraguay, the story follows a remote farm owned by a former Nazi leader who fled to Hohenau after the Second World War. His reclusive life is unsettled when a stranger arrives at the farm seeking work as a laborer, sparking an encounter shadowed by history, secrecy, and the lingering presence of past atrocities.
