Morning After

Directed by Patricia Chica

Michael faces a moral dilemma after a night of drinking leads to an exploration of his sexuality, challenging his perceptions and desires.
Morning After is a polished short film about sexual fluidity, attraction and the uncertainty that follows a night where familiar boundaries suddenly shift. Patricia Chica creates a sensual, sunlit atmosphere and lets physical chemistry do much of the storytelling. The character development is necessarily compressed, but the film has an appealing confidence in treating desire as something fluid rather than fixed.
