Faces

Directed by Joseph A. Adesunloye

Four interconnected stories follow characters facing sudden upheaval. Aisha’s long-awaited pregnancy brings an unexpected revelation, while Louie and Gaspard’s relationship is shaken by the arrival of Louie’s female fiancée. Elsewhere, an attack threatens Adam and Luke’s friendship, and Sindiso is forced to reassess her commitment when the women’s charity she runs faces closure.
Adapted from the short film '46 (2017)'.

This film is not currently available to watch online. It may be awaiting release or may no longer be available on any known streaming service.

Faces is an intimate drama about identity, desire and the different selves people present depending on who is looking. Joseph A. Adesunloye keeps the film restrained and character-driven, allowing emotional uncertainty to give the story its weight.
