1. Age Restriction for GFM Xtra

GFM Xtra is strictly for users aged 18 and over. By accessing or registering for these services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

The rest of the Website is publicly accessible and may include some adult themes but does not require account registration.

5. GFM Xtra Membership

GFM Xtra is an optional members only service providing enhanced features such as saved activity, account management, email notifications, and paid access options.

GFM Xtra Plans

• Monthly Plan: A recurring subscription of $5.00 billed monthly until cancelled through PayPal.
• 1 Year Access: A one off payment of $20.00 granting access for one year with no subscription or recurring payments.

All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Gay Films Matter does not store payment card details.

6. GFM Distribution

GFM Distribution is a service allowing filmmakers to submit short films for potential distribution through Gay Films Matter’s YouTube channel.

By participating in GFM Distribution, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and film related information
• Supply a valid PayPal email address for revenue payments
• Accept and comply with the legal licensing agreement associated with distribution

 

The licensing agreement accepted during signup or within account settings governs the rights, permissions, and usage of submitted content.

7. Affiliate Links and Monetisation

Gay Films Matter does not use Google AdSense or third party advertising networks.

The Website includes Amazon Prime affiliate links on selected film pages. These links direct users to platforms where films may be rented or purchased. Gay Films Matter may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to the user.

8. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, images, branding, and original materials, is the property of Gay Films Matter unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Website content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gay Films Matter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Website, services, or linked third party platforms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
